Find The Treasure: Treasure Hunt Ideas

Ideas for treasure hunts that we create and run for you in a location you choose

Our treasure hunts are for 8-300 people and we run them in the UK and abroad. All of them include scavenger hunt elements, too. What makes our treasure hunt ideas different is that each treasure hunt is themed, written especially for you, highly participative, great as a team-building activity and also perfect for private parties. To make a team-building treasure hunt even more effective, we can also add specific training objectives to it.

Treasure Hunt themes

We “theme” our treasure hunts by treating all those taking part as if they are a particular group of people – spies, secret agents, schoolchildren, East End villains, vampire hunters, medieval peasants, footballers and footballers’ wives, or whatever. Our professional actors lurk in places along the way, waiting in character for you to track them down and interact with them. Mainly these are treasure hunts for adults testing a wide range of skills, but we have run them successfully for children, too.

Treasure Hunt

Over there!

We provide the treasure hunt clues, maps, equipment, actors and prizes for the winners. Usually, each team also has a camera so there is a lasting record of the day for everyone – something that works particulary well if it’s a corporate treasure hunt.
Our professionally-run treasure hunts take place in every kind of location – anything from a city centre or picturesque village to a country park or the grounds of a conference centre. Extra activities and challenges are included so there is always more to do than just answer the clues. Stop-offs at various pubs are often part of the journey, too. Because they are bespoke treasure hunts, we tailor them to suit where you want to be and what you want to achieve. We’ve run them on foot, in cars, on bikes – even on horseback!
Our London treasure hunts work very well both for first-time visitors (e.g. tourists and business groups) and for those who think they already know all its nooks and crannies (they never do – we always find new surprises for them!). Our London Zoo treasure hunt is a great way of showing off one of the capital’s liveliest attractions and, because of the zoo’s conference facilities, rounds off a company away day perfectly. Besides London, we’ve run treasure hunts all over the UK and Europe, including Banbury, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Cambridge, Eastbourne, Hitchin, Kettering, Leeds, Manchester, Marlow, Moreton-in-Marsh, Nottingham, Oxford, Reading, Rochester, Sandwich, Southampton, Southend, Watford, Winchester, Windsor, York, Barcelona, Bruges, Madrid and Paris.
